Many rising stars emerge from restaurants that have a history of greatness. Such is the case for Chef Justin Bogle. A 2002 graduate of The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia, Bogle made his start at the highly regarded Alma de Cuba as sous chef under Executive Chef Douglas Rodriguez. Join us in our private dining space for a six course dinner. Chef Justin will be serving some of his signature dishes, as well as new creations that will be paired with a bread course by our resident Baker Claire McWilliams. This meal includes a wine pairing featured by Sommelier Alexandra Cherniavsky with an aperitif and a digestif by Glenfiddich & Balvenie Ambassador Bradford Lawrence.
Reservations are available Monday through Saturday from 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 5:00 PM.
