For the first time ever, Vetri will be preparing all courses in the main dining room from ingredients sourced within 100 miles of Philadelphia! From Wednesday, August 3 through Sunday, August 7, Vetri's chef-selected, multi-course tasting menu will feature produce, meats, seafood, and cooking ingredients sourced entirely from our local farmers and fishermen.
This journey started more than a year ago when we began featuring house-milled grains in our pastas, breads, and pastry. As the Vetri Grain Project expanded, we not only received an overwhelming response from guests inspired to bake their own breads, but we were able to connect them with nearby mills. Building on our growing relationships with local farmers, we offered our first "100-Mile Dinner" in our upstairs private dining room where all the ingredients came from within one hundred miles of Vetri. Now we are taking our commitment a step further. During August 3-7, one hundred percent of all dishes served both in our main dining room and upstairs private dining space will be prepared from ingredients exclusively within 100 miles, right down to the oils, vinegar and spices.
For those who would like an entirely local experience, we will offer a "100-Mile" beverage pairing. It will feature beverages paired with each course, showcasing the diversity of distilling, brewing and winemaking in our area.

Price: $155 per person, excluding tax, gratuity, and alcohol
Beverage: 100-Mile beverage pairing for an additional $100 will be available in addition to our regular two-tiered wine pairing, wine by the bottle and glass, beer pairing, beer by the bottle, and cocktails.
