Snack your way through six countries in our second floor dining room. Alicia Walter, Vetri Chef of Private Dining, recently returned from a whirlwind seven week trip through the western part of the Mediterranean. Her goal was to study the olive oil harvesting and production process and learn how local varietals are used in regional cuisine.
Spend the afternoon with her and learn how olive oil is produced and how to taste this diverse and fundamental ingredient.
Reservations are available Monday through Saturday from 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 5:00 PM.
